If you plan to sell your home, I highly recommend working with Brian Church and his team. The sale of my home was complicated. Prior to Brian, the house was listed with another agency which resulted in only a handful of low offers and one contingency offer from buyers who were ultimately unable to sell their house. We put our house on the market because we saw the house we wanted and now are in our "forever home" because of Brian Church and his colleagues.He was the listing agent on the home we wanted and the listing agent on the home we sold. He successfully marketed our house, helped us negotiate the offers we received and we sold within 2 months of listing. His assistant was great in managing the showing requests. With 2 small kids and a dog she made it more manageable. He was a counselor at times when things got a little crazy and made the most stressful situations better. He was there at every point in the process--attorney review, inspections, mortgage process, appraisal and finally the closings. He was always in touch with me and attentive to my email/calls. He was very professional and knowledge of the market and process. I would highly recommend him. He is the reason we are here!
